SHNFP- Nurse Home Visitor Job Application
Supporting Hands Nurse-Family Partnership (SHNFP) is seeking a 32-hour/week, full-time nurse in the Redwood and Renville service area to be a Nurse Home Visitor. Applicants who are compassionate, organized, flexible, and self-directed; with strong advocacy and teaching skills are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities will include providing home visiting services to eligible first-time mothers and their families. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Minnesota RN License
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
PREFERRED:
- Bilingual
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing and PHN
- 1-3 years of related work experience
- Previous experience working with families & young children
Requires a flexible schedule and travel. Beginning salary ranges from $54,195 to $55,860 annually ($32.55/hr to $33.55/hr), based upon experience.
