Supporting Hands Nurse-Family Partnership (SHNFP) is seeking a full-time Public Health Nurse in the Sibley County office, to be  a Nurse Home Visitor, who is compassionate, organized, flexible, and self-directed; with strong advocacy and teaching skills.  Responsibilities will include providing home visiting services to eligible first-time mothers and their families.  You will be a part of a supportive team of nurses. Requires valid Minnesota RN license with 4-year degree. PHN certification preferred.  Valid MN driver’s license required.  Strongly desirable qualifications include previous experience in home visiting, working with families with young children, and working with diverse populations. Requires a flexible schedule and travel. Beginning salary ranges from $58,240-$60,320 annually, based upon experience.
